Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with KOVA Health B.V., Herengracht 282, 1016 BX Amsterdam, Netherlands (KVK 87342156, BTW NL864219073B01, [email protected]).

General

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. We may amend these terms from time to time; the version in force at the moment of your order applies.

Orders & Payment

An agreement is formed once we confirm your order by email. All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The price of the KOVA Knee Support is € 34,95. Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of an evident pricing error.

Delivery

We ship only within the Netherlands. Orders are dispatched from Amsterdam and are normally delivered within 2–4 business days. Shipping is free for orders above € 50. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. See our Returns page for the full procedure.

Liability

KOVA is a supportive aid and not a medical treatment. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law. If you have a knee condition, consult your doctor before use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
