KOVA Health B.V., Herengracht 282, 1016 BX Amsterdam, Netherlands (KVK 87342156, [email protected]) is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch implementing law.

What data we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the data you provide: your first and last name, email address, phone number, delivery address (street, house number, postcode, city) and the contents of any message you send. When you visit our website we may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your personal data to process and deliver your order, to handle payments, to respond to your questions, to manage returns and refunds, and to comply with our legal obligations such as tax and accounting law. The legal bases are the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

Third parties

We share personal data only where necessary: with our shipping carrier to deliver your order, with our payment provider to process payments, and with our accountant and tax authorities where legally required. Retention period

We retain order and invoice data for seven years to comply with the Dutch tax retention obligation. Contact correspondence is retained for up to two years. Data we no longer need is deleted.
