Returns

We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. If the KOVA Knee Support is not right for you, you can return it under the conditions below, in line with Dutch and EU consumer law.

Return window

You have a 14-day return window starting from the date you receive the product.

Condition of the product

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept supports that have been worn.

How to initiate a return

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number. We will confirm your return and provide instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the order.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective, in which case we cover the cost of return.
